Who are we?
Soile Vedenpää is a professional wiredancer, performer, choreographer and teacher. Soile brings her versatility and feminine energy with her to every class and performance. Trained in Lahden Tanssiopisto, Hot Club Dance Company and Koulutuskeskus Salpauksen sirkuslinja, she has worked as a dancer and circus artist for 12 years in Finland, Spain, Portugal and Germany. Soile teaches circus, jazz dance, contemporary and show dance and creative dance for children since 1999, and Brazilian zouk in Finland since 2010. Soile's choreographies have earned her winnings and recognition in national choreography competitions, taking her protégés to ever higher levels in their dancing. Soile is highly appreciated as a performer as well as a teacher.
Noora Staf is the co-founder of Lambazouk Finland and an active member of the Finnish zouk community! Noora started dancing 12 years ago, immersing herself with different urban dance styles. Her first touch of Brazilian dance was samba, which eventually lead her to zouk in the start of 2011 and it immediately became her life passion. Since then, she has been learning intensively around the world, always curious to try new things and to know every final detail - and she’s now passing on all this knowledge to her lambazouk students in Helsinki on her weekly classes. Noora also runs a zouk & travel website Zouk The World.
